Rent an attractive domed 2-storey villa, West Bank of Luxor, with a large roof terrace and 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you have a dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and air-condition, 1 bedroom with a big single bed), for the self-catering you have a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and at last a modern bathroom. Upstairs you have a large sitting room with sofa and armchairs and TV (satellite), 2 bedrooms (double and single beds) like downstairs and a large bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fan. Of course a roof terrace to sip a drink and enjoy the sunset with view to the farmland with banana and palm trees. We can also arrange access to the pool by the neighbor. You have small shops and restaurants only a couple of minutes’ walk away; when you arrive we will show you. Wednesday you also have the vegetable market in Lagalta very close. Other possibilities for shopping are shops in Gezira.

A lot of famous Ancient Egyptian sites, the World’s most famous open-air museum and close to the busy city of Luxor, are within an easy reach. Included is – Valley of the Kings (Tomb of Tutankhamen), Valley of the Queens, the tombs of Nobles, Medinet Habu, Deir el Medina, Ramesseum, Hatshepsut’s Temple, Temple of Sety I and on the East Bank, Luxor and Karnak Temples. Also the excellent Luxor Museum deserve also a visit to put the ancient sites in context. In the souk you can practice your haggling skills, visit some of the coffee shops and try a water pipe, take a ride in a horse-drawn caleche. On trip down the Nile in a felucca an afternoon and enjoy the view to both Luxor City and the farmland perhaps followed by a drink or dinner, take a camel ride through the villages on the West Bank. Or hiking in the mountains it offers a marvelous view to all the places and down to the Nile as you also can from a balloon ride in the early morning.
