Leisure Ambleteuse - Pas de Calais
From the villa, you can go hiking on foot or by bike on the trails in the dunes, cliffs and countryside all around, and on the dike. You can play tennis at the club 50 meters from the House. Ambleteuse is a fishermen village, 100 metres from the villa, with the old Fort Vauban that you can visit. You can also pick some mussels at low tide and look for crabs! There is a museum, 39-45, and other blokhaus-museums not far. Boulogne-sur-Mer has an interesting Château-Musée, and especially NAUSICA, the largest French aquarium: sharks, sea lions, stingrays, etc. WIMEREUX, in 5 minutes, has splendid villas of the early 1900s and a sailing club with very good reputation. Cap Gris Nez (15 min by car): panoramic view over England, 1 hour's walk by the beautiful path of the Customs officers at the top of the cliffs.
