A car is a must to access the property. There is very little traffic, as the road has no exit and few neighbours. The price you pay for this kind of privacy, and the view that comes with it, is that the last section of the road leading up to the house is fairly steep. Walking to the village can be done in half and hour or less, and invariably takes 45-60 minutes back depending on how fit you are.
