We are the edge of the South Downs Park so plenty of walks on our doorstep. We are 5 mins from the beach. At the end of our lane you can catch a bus to either Eastbourne or Brighton (or drive) and there are 3 train stations withing 5 miles, so London is within easy reach too. So much to do in the local area. Historic castles, towns with interesting shops and restaurants, parks and zoos for children. Other towns of interest nearby include Lewes, Seaford, Arundel, Battle, Hastings and Rye. Leisure activities within easy reach include cycle paths, golf courses, swimming pools to name a few.

We are very easy to find. We are on A259 between Seaford and Newhaven. 5 minutes drive from ferry port of Newhaven. 45 mins drive from Gatwick. We have 3 train stations within 5 miles of us and we're on a major bus route with regular buses to both Eastbourne and Brighton.
