Boscastle has a Pretty Natural harbor run by The National Trust. The Napoleon Inn, with excellent food and drink is 2 mins down the road. It is close to the Camel Valley, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Jamaica Inn. Boscastle is on the coast where Romantic Novelist, Rosamunde Pilcher set her books and where Daphne Du Maurier set her books like Rebecca. Boscastle together with Port Isaac is where Doc Martin was filmed for TV. There are old churches within walking distance from the cottage, like St Juliets and Minster Church. St Juliet's is where Thomas Hardy met his wife and there is a beautiful etched window dedicated to him. Tintagel with King Arthurs legend and castle is 10mins away. Take a bike ride down the Camel Valley and visit the wineries or the tea rooms on route. Spectacular views and hiking on coastal paths.
