The House is located on the ground floor of a typical country house. The House is furnished with elegance and antique furniture belonging to the family. The House consists of a large living room with table and chairs, double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside table, chairs, space for relaxation and reserved parking. Quiet and surrounded by greenery; Garden tidy. In a region as vast and rich variety of landscape, the tourist can alternate between pleasant walks in the woods with a wide variety of sporting activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, Ulm aircraft, paragliding, climbing, skiing and fishing. 5 km, Isoletta-San Giovanni Incarico Lake, with protected natural park.

Along the river Melfa Gorge, you can practice canoeing in its wildest form. In Arce, there is an archaeological site important, with the Museum: there are excavations of the ancient Roman town of Fregellae, a few kilometres away you can visit the famous caves of Pastena. In the Museum of Pofi, 10 minutes from Arce, it is possible to admire an ancient fossil: pekinensis, skull fragmentary fossil homo which, to date, is the oldest remaining paleoanthropology of the Italy. 20 km from our accommodation, guests can visit the famous Abbey of Monte Cassino, theatre of the last war. 15 km, we have another famous Millennium Abbey: Casamari, built by Benedictine monks and now the seat of the Cistercian monks. Always at the same distance, you can visit the Royal Palace of Caserta, the residence of the King of Naples, Charles of Bourbon, and similar to the Palace of Versailles.

The House is accessible by car, from the motorway 7 km or by train 4 km; from the station you can take the bus that passes at fixed times but not in all periods of the year. The bus stops at the request, so that visitors can get off in front of the House.
