Burgie and family were warm and welcoming hosts. Stayed in one of two lovely, modern log cabins on this biofarm in Hallwang.
Burgie provided a complimentary basket of fresh eggs, bread, butter, jelly, bacon and cheese.
On weekends, the cider house is open and we got to taste an enormous variety of meats, cheeses, jellies and wines made on the property, including an award winning raspberry champagne. The train to Salzburg was a very short walk through the woods.
Excellent accommodations with living room, bath and kitchen downstairs; two bedrooms upstairs.
