Fully equipped and newly built, it has four double bedrooms, with bathroom in each of them, living room of 50 meters with fireplace, library with board games, ideal for families and groups. The house is little more than 1 hour from Madrid, in the San Pedro Valley, a village a ten minutes drive away from Pedraza and Navafría, just twenty minutes from Segovia. It is located on the outskirts of the village, in a unique, quiet surroundings and with magnificent views of the Valley. It is notable for its tranquility, its landscape and for being a central point of a surprising area once discovered and which makes this valley the ideal place to spend a few days enjoying nature. From the living room, rooms, terrace and garden you can enjoy the silence and the wonderful views of the Valley.
