It is a great 3 star NN (new standards) for groups or families of 10/12 persons with 4 bedrooms, 2 aseos, 1 bathroom and 2 living rooms. 1 double bedroom with baby cot is located on the ground floor and the other 3 (2 doubles and 1 quadruple room) upstairs. A stove warms up your winter evenings while children watch a DVD on the flat screen in the other room. It opens on a large closed garden of 600 m² with a patio which welcomes you for all your outdoor meals and your long evenings with friends or family. The patio protects you from the summer hot and a light wind in the evening, as a bonus for the early risers, Sunrise guaranteed at breakfast. The house is located in the quiet countryside but 2.5 km from shops and 4 km from the city centre.
