The house has besides a plot 8.000 m2 for recreation, with a spacious garden, a great porch, a terrace and a parking lot on the own farm for several cars. With garden furniture and barbecue, to take the Sun or a wonderful dinner in the open air. The House, recently built, has a total of 150 m2 built, divided over three floors: basement: cellar with natural lighting through an English window; Ground floor: fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom, stairs and living room, as well as the magnificent porch with stunning views to Santillana del Mar and the Cantarica Cordillera; First floor: occupies only ¾ parts of the surface and a space overlooking downstairs. It is equipped with two rooms and a library. The materials are top quality and design has taken much care. Note the use of (rescued from old mansions mountain) centenarian beams that have been used for the porch as well as the impressive main beam of the house. He has also been restored and reused the old gate of a cabin.

Santillana del Mar is the capital of the homonymous municipality of Santillana del Mar, Cantabria. Medieval village and cultural treasure located 30 Km to the West of Santander, declared a national historic-artistic monument since 1889. It is the most important historic villages of Cantabria, and one of the best preserved of all Spain. Houses and palaces, distributed along the cobbled streets, will take you back to another era and you will be prompted to discover every corner of the town. The proximity of the Altamira Caves shows that it has been inhabited since always, knowing their best times in the Middle Ages.
