Description "Casa Rural Villa Asunción" Gîte - Self Catering in Sancibrián
Inaugurated in 2009 and re equipped in April 2014, is a stone house of 80 years ago restored on wood and stone, giving it a very friendly rustic modern touch. The rooms are designed all of them different. The house is divided into 2 independent apartments, with capacity for 4-6 persons (apartment ARNIA) and 8-10 persons (apartment COVACHOS). You can rent the apartments or the full house. Each apartment has access to the porch with green area and barbecue (porch BBQ independent for each apartment) and where there is (independent for each porch) entrance to the pool. Therefore the only thing in common for the two apartments is the swimming pool, with garden area of approx. 700 m2 where there is children's playground for the little ones (slide, swings, Sandpit, rocker) and private parking for 6-7 vehicles.

Due to its location close to several beaches there are all kinds of water activities. Also very close (5 Km) from the Centre of Santander with all the activities available in the capital of Cantabria. Very close (10 minutes) to the House are two golf courses: Campo de Golf Abra del Pas and Matalena and a little further away others such as Real Golf Pedreña, Club Parayas, Campo Municipal La Junquera,. Also indicate that the ski station is 40 minutes away and even more close are the Picos de Europa. In the vicinity there are several riding schools and Club for horseback riding.
