For holidays or a weekend... Take a breath of air! On-site... Relax, nature, quiet, hiking, rides bike, fishing, bathing in the River (uncontrolled) Brevon. 300 m deposits lies the Tufeux marshes of slope of the moulin de Saint-Germain, which is a site of exception in Gold Coast. These are the most important waterfalls of tuffs of the Department, they are located in the heart of a chalky lawn on the edge of forest. There are many varieties of flowers including quantity of orchids. The whole of this site is protected by the Conservatoire des Sites natural Burgundians. We have in recent years our Apiary and you can thus enjoy the honey of the mill. Note that despite the presence of plenty of water around the mill... There is no mosquito in the vicinity of the farm!

You can enjoy excellent cremant of Burgundy in the Châtillonnais (at the edge of the Champagne region). The region is mainly forest and very famous for its truffles of Burgundy, it is possible to see the truffle of the mill and attend the cavage of truffles with the dog's owner from September to December. For those who love walking... A hiking trail passes by the mill, this is the Circuit of the Valley of the Brevon (registered to the PDIPR), you will discover various forest environments. This circuit passes close to the tufeux swamp of the mill (classified site). The circuit is predominantly forest and offers picturesque views on the villages and the Valley. The wildlife is very present: deer, roe deer, herons and with a little luck... Black storks! Chapels, castles, Forges, laundries and other curiosities are also at the venue.
