From the balcony of the apartment you overlook the beach and sea and a wonderful indoor and outdoor beach restaurant and bar called the Bamboo Village. There is a mini mall in Ramat Poleg which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There you will find a great kosher dairy coffee shop called Café Cafe, a sushi bar and a pizza place as well as other shops plus a small kosher supermarket. In the Poleg Industrial (about 5 minutes by car) is IKEA and a whole range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream places, and restaurants. There are other supermarkets in the area as well as a new mall with cinemas and out favorite the decadent Max Brenner (chocolate restaurant) is well worth a visit. Another favorite of ours is an Arab restaurant called Yunis which is past IKEA and along side the Gas Station.
