The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room of 25 m2 with a sofa bed and a spacious kitchen with a wooden burner. The kitchen is totally renovated in spring 2014. TV with satellite channels, 2 shower rooms with WC. Fully equipped kitchen, hob ceramic, extractor fan, oven classic and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, small household appliances very complete. Garden with shared swimming pool with protected standards (safety curtain), barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, children playground. On the same property is also a small studio that shares the garden and the pool with the big house.
