The accommodation is very quietly located on 560 m, in a small village that is part of the Belgian-German Hohes Venn – Eifel nature park. Easy to reach via the E 40 and E 42, 90 km from the Dutch border: the perfect base for exploring the Eastern High Ardennes and the neighbouring Eifel in Germany. There are in the immediate vicinity many hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes starting from the house! Within a radius of 20 to 30 km you will find picturesque and charming towns like Malmédy, Saint-Vith, Monschau and Prüm. About an hour drive there are larger cities like Liège, Trier, Aachen, Cologne and Luxemburg. 10 to 15 km you will find the Lakes of Butgenbach, Robertville and Kronenburg, with beautiful beaches and lots of water sports opportunities. You can kayak on the Amblève, on the Our or the Rur.
