The wild pacific coast where we are located is a 3 hour drive from Nanaimo. Bus service is available but it is best to have your own vehicle to explore the area. If travelling from Vancouver in summer it is best to book ferry or flights to Vancouver Island well in advance during holidays or July and August or risk a long wait time.
