The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with kitchen and is equipped with all comforts. The House has a spacious bathroom with bath and washer; in the kitchen, there's an electric oven with gas tiles. A small balcony will give you the opportunity to have breakfast and to sunbathe. The apartment, which can accommodate comfortably 2-3 people at a time, is located in the quiet village of Montelaguardia. 200 metres from the House, you have all kinds of services, such as a supermarket with bakery, a wine bar, a newsagent and a Hairdresser.
