The two-room apartment is located in the first floor. It is divided into a spacious living room with a single bed, a double sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette, as well as in a separate bedroom with a double bed 1.80 cm. In the spacious bathroom is a bathtub. The apartment is comfortable and functionally furnished and equipped with all the necessary utensils: refrigerator, 4-plate electric cooker, microwave oven, Toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and hair dryer is all available. Towels and bed linen are available for every guest. In the basement there is a shared washing machine, which can be used by all tenants with 50 cent coins. Given rental rates are for two people! Prices for 4 persons on request.
