The House has been renting since 1891 (not a typo!), and under the present owners since 1982. We've had guests stay as long as 9 years and return as long as for 18 years, so being that well-established and with that loyalty you may be assured of a pleasant stay. In fact, most of our tenants are referrals or repeats. Built in 1891, this totally updated Victorian-style house, with 3 separate private furnished apartments, has a back yard, a covered porch with rocking chairs, and spacious sun deck with umbrella table, chaises, chairs and charcoal grill.
