Stress has no chance with us. The apartment is comfortable & furnished, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, hand- and bath towels and tea towels, microwave, coffee maker, safe, satellite television, radio and toaster. Feel like home. Private access and outdoor area with balcony or garden, (with table and chairs) all with beautiful views of the mountains and the beautiful South Tyrolean Unterland. Every day there are fresh salad and herbs from the cottage garden, freshly harvested fruit season or juices, jams, dried fruit and honey from the storage room. But what would be a farm without the famous Bacon and our smoked sausages that are seasoned, smoked and stored by ourselves. Not to forget our 4 different wines bottled with lots of love and hard work. Gladly we propose our guests a homemade wine tasting in the wine cellar. Whether as a couple or with the whole family - we are open all year. For children there is a playground with swing, slide, sandbox, table tennis, basket ball, table football, darts, Petting Zoo accompanied with ponies for riding accompagnied by our Moritz, donkey, sheep, rabbits, pigs & cats. Where children feel comfortable, parents enjoy holiday.

The Dolomites, Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, in the Bletterbach Gorge to Aldino, to Jenesien on the Salten, trips to the pyramids and much more day trips will stay in your memory. For our guests there are different outdoor pools in Tramin Neumarkt, Salorno, and Badeseeen in the immediate vicinity as well as the Kalterersee or the Montiggler Lakes and the Garda which is only 75 km away. Use the quiet time for numerous easy and more difficult hikes or walks in the forest, by flowering fruit or wine, trips to Fennberg, Roen, Überetscherhütte, Schwarzkopf, Graunerjoch, Fennerjoch, nature park Trudnerhorn, via ferrata to Fennberg, Schlern, Kastelruth, rose garden, on foot, by private car or by bus.
