Western Sicily is an ancient wild sunny land and very varied. His views include the cities of Trapani and Mazara del Vallo, the beautiful wild coast, the blue sea and the green mountains of the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, the quiet and regular salt baths in the area of Marsala, renowned for its famous wine, the Phoenician ruins of remote green Mothia, the great baroque historical centre of Mazara, Trapani and Marsala, the quiet medieval atmosphere of Erice, perched on the legendary Monte San Giuliano, the solemn Greek ruins in the striking Selinunte and Segesta, the beautiful green-blue of the Mediterranean lslands Egadi, rural nature, black and wild, the island of Pantelleria, and much more. The entire area has only recently discovered its tourist vocation and represents an area of Sicily that absolutely deserves to be visited.
