250 m2 house, made of country stone, with beautiful exposed beams. It is built on two levels. The upstairs rooms are served by a beautiful stone staircase. Upstairs, three bedrooms. The red room is the largest. It overlooks the river and has a private shower room and toilet. The Blue Room also overlooks the river, with a shower room and adjoining private toilet. The Yellow Room is south-facing, offering views of the nearby Castle Park and the Dordogne curve. It has a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden is bordered on one side by the park of the village castle with its large chestnut trees where squirrels run and on the other by the property of a tree lover who has magnificent varieties Of shady spaces. Flowery spaces. Majestic trees. A panoramic terrace on the river. THE PISCINE IN SEL The 12m by 5m swimming pool is in the centre of the garden. It has all the comforts, a toilet a shower and a summer kitchen. A beautiful pergola extends the pool room, providing a subdued shade perfect for your shady naps. For athletes, a large trampoline, table tennis table and fitness rowing equipment, punching ball) are available for maintenance or fitness
